We do not physically inspect, certify, or warrant the condition of any vehicle.
Any financial transaction occurs strictly between the Buyer and the Seller (or Dealer). CarOrbit Technologies is not a party to these transactions and holds zero financial or legal liability for any disputes, frauds, or misrepresentations that may arise.

2. Vehicle Condition & RTO Paperwork

The responsibility of verifying the physical and legal status of a vehicle lies entirely with the Buyer. CarOrbit Technologies accepts no responsibility for:

Legal Title & Ownership: Verification of the Registration Certificate (RC), engine numbers, chassis numbers, and hypothecation status.
RTO Liabilities: Pending traffic challans, blacklisted statuses, missing No Objection Certificates (NOC), or fitness certificates.
Physical Integrity: Hidden mechanical defects, accidental history, or flood damage.

We strongly advise all buyers to conduct independent physical inspections and check official government portals (such as Vahan/Parivahan) before completing any transaction.

3. AI Evaluated Price Disclaimer

The vehicle valuations generated by "CarOrbit AI" or our platform algorithms are estimates based on historical market data and provided inputs.

They represent a mathematical opinion, not a certified valuation, professional appraisal, or financial guarantee. We accept absolutely no legal or financial liability if a vehicle is sold, bought, or financed at a price above or below our AI estimate. Market conditions fluctuate, and the final negotiated price is the sole discretion of the transacting parties.

4. Third-Party Links & Dealership Actions

Our platform may host listings managed by independent commercial dealers. While we verify the business identity of these dealers, CarOrbit Technologies does not endorse or guarantee the business practices, warranties, or promises made by independent dealers on or off the platform.
