At CarOrbit Technologies, we are committed to building a safe, respectful, and transparent automotive marketplace. To maintain the integrity of our platform, all Buyers, Sellers, and Dealers must strictly adhere to the following Community Guidelines.

1. Respectful & Safe Environment

CarOrbit enforces a zero-tolerance policy against any form of toxic or illegal behavior.

No Harassment: Hate speech, abusive language, discrimination, and threats are strictly prohibited.
No Fraudulent Content: Posting stolen vehicles, counterfeit documents, or intentionally misleading information will result in an immediate permanent ban and potential legal action.
Identity Integrity: You must not impersonate any person, brand, or dealership, nor operate fake accounts.

2. In-App Chat Integrity & Anti-Bypass

The CarOrbit in-app chat is designed exclusively for discussing vehicle transactions securely. Misuse of the communication tools is a direct violation of our terms:

No Spam or Phishing: Sending unsolicited promotions, malicious links, or repetitive mass messages is forbidden.
Platform Anti-Bypass: Utilizing our chat system to divert users to competing platforms or attempting to bypass CarOrbit's commercial frameworks to evade platform fees is strictly prohibited.
Professional Conduct: Keep communications strictly professional and related to the vehicle in question.

3. Enforcement & Account Termination

CarOrbit Technologies reserves the absolute and unchallengeable right to moderate the platform. If our automated systems or human moderators detect a violation of these Community Guidelines:

We may issue a warning, temporarily freeze your wallet and listings, or permanently suspend your account without prior notice. Any unused wallet credits or active boosts will be forfeited in the event of a permanent ban due to policy violations.
